- Prepare Necessary Documents:
- National Identity Card (NIC): Ensure you have a clear, scanned copy of both the front and back.
- Passport: Have a scanned copy of the bio-data page.
- Affidavit: If there’s a discrepancy between the names on your NIC and passport, prepare an affidavit attested by an Attorney-at-Law or a Justice of the Peace.
- Complete the Online Application:
- Personal Information: Enter your full name in English block letters as it appears on your NIC.
